Membership with Blue Bull offers the following advantages:
     Reach more detailed products information
     Access more new products
     Manage your account by yourself (view all your inquiry records, communicate with Blue Bull in your account, etc)

Membership Help
Membership with Blue Bull is a restricted service. If you do not have an account with Blue Bull, please fill up member profile form to obtain access to protected information. Your contact details will be verified by our service staff before you become the formal member of Blue Bull, and an email will be sent to your email address after we verified your information.

You could register as the member of Blue Bull in three ways:
     Directly register by clicking on the New Member Register link;
     After creating and submitting inquires successfully, you would be asked if you would like to register with Blue Bull;
     After filling the Feedback form, you would be asked if you would like to register with Blue Bull.

Forgot Password
If you had entered the password question and answer as you registered, you could retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link and answering the password question.

If you had not entered the password question and answer as you registered, you need to reset your password by contacting Blue Bull directly.

My Account Help

This service is only available for the members of Blue Bull. In My Account, you could view all your inquiry records with Blue Bull, edit your profile, change password and leave your feedback in terms of our products and services.

In terms of your each inquiry, you could communicate with Blue Bull by leaving message in your account and get response from Blue Bull in both your account and by email. All the messages between you and Blue Bull will be kept in your Inquiry Records.

Inquiry and Feedback Help

If you are interested in any product of Blue Bull, you could choose the product by clicking the Inquiry button under the product picture, and correspondingly a product item will be created in your Inquiry Basket. If you want to know further detail information in terms of any product you choose, you could leave message in your Inquiry Basket and will receive response from Blue Bull.

If you are the member of Blue Bull, you could view all of your inquiry records by clicking on My Account link.

Your suggestion and feedback will be highly valued. You could leave your feedback in terms of our products and services by clicking on the Contacts & Feedback link.

Search Help

If you know the Item No. of any product of Blue Bull, you could access the product details by searching the Item No. directly.

If you know the Product Name, you could reach the product details by directly choosing the product item from the product list on the left of the Homepage or by clicking on the Products link.
